Wholesale Terms + Conditions
Ordering Minimums:
The minimum opening order is $150. The minimum reorder is $100. MOQ is 6 for greeting cards. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment and can easily be paid with a credit card through our secure online server. If special terms or payment options are needed, please email Jessica@thechrysalisimagery.com. Past-due balances are subject to finance charges of 3% per month. Returned checks are charged a $35 service fee.
Returns + Refunds:
In general, there are no returns or refunds offered on wholesale orders unless your items arrive damaged. We take care to package our products with love and detailed attention. However, in the event that your items arrive damaged, please email us at Jessica@thechrysalisimagery.com within 3 business days so that we can resolve the problem.

Please note that while we strive to reproduce the true nature of our products in our online photographs, computer screens can be finicky and often misrepresent color. We cannot guarantee that the color on your device will be a perfect match to the printed product. So please kindly allow for slight differences in color when you order.
Shipping + Backorders:
Orders ship within 5-10 business days from the Oregon coast via USPS Priority. Please note that the "free and flat rate shipping" options are for retail sales only. All wholesale orders will be charged for shipping. We do our best to keep our inventory ready to deliver, but on rare occasions, some items may be out of stock. We will notify you of any back ordered or low in stock items and give you the option to ship a partial order or to wait for the full order to be completed before shipping. The Chrysalis Imagery is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to the carrier.
Display + Packaging
All of our products must be sold in their original packaging. Sets may not be broken up and/or sold individually. Should you decide to post photos of our work online or on social platforms, credit must be given. Plus, we would love to see! Please tag us @thechrysalisimagery Retailers may not sell The Chrysalis Imagery products on Etsy, Amazon, or any other third-party online platforms.
