For those of you who already have a wholesale account established with us, welcome!  We are excited to collaborate

with you and want to make your ordering experience as seamless as possible.  Please use the form below to submit

Once your order is received, we will process it and email you an invoice for easy online payment with a credit card through our secure site.  Please note that the "free & flat rate shipping" options offered are for retail purchases only.  All wholesale orders will be charged for shipping.  Orders must be paid in full prior to the product being shipped.  All cards are priced at $2.75.  MOQ = 6.  There is a $150 minimum for opening orders (roughly 9 SKUs) and a $100 minimum

on re-orders (roughly 6 SKUs) .  All sales are final, but if there are any issues with your shipment (ie, damaged items), please let us know within 3 business days so that we can work with you to resolve the concern!  A full list of our
